Outstanding Business Leader - Mandi Randell.

It's a significant honour for our school to receive this recognition.  The Academy has clearly made a positive impact on the community and these awards acknowledge this.

“Leadership and Innovation are the core values of our school. It is a tremendous honour to be acknowledged by the business community for our contributions to the local economy.

People do not usually think of schools and business together, but schools are enabling social infrastructure that underpins a community’s economic development.

Having an innovative and successful school in a community is vital in so many ways.

Bringing the International Baccalaureate to Dubbo is a major step for our region and I am proud to have persevered to bring this prestigious educational option to Dubbo.” Mandi Randell, Principal, the Academy.

The Dubbo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. presents the Rhino Awards each year to honour the city's most outstanding businesses.
